Aerialize Sydney Aerial Theatre, Australia

Aerialize Sydney Aerial Theatre is a leading aerial and circus arts training centre and performance company in Sydney. Aerialize offers their students and the wider community access to expert instruction in aerial and circus classes, which are fun and challenging in a safe and comfortable environment for people of all ages and abilities. Students attend courses for leisure, recreational, educational and vocational purposes. Aerialize’s aim is to provide students with performance opportunities and industry training, as well as creating innovative and dynamic aerial theatre using professional performers for audiences across Australia.

Aerialize was one of our first supporters donating money for much needed equipment for the Pale Juu and Beyond project. Equipment which continues to be used in Nairobi at Sarakasi. Students will continue to learn new skills on the sponsored equipment in the Pale Juu NeXt project.

Globetrotter Outdoor Stores, Germany

Globetrotter is a premier outdoor equipment store. Stocking everything from trekking shoes to portable stoves. Importantly they also stock mountain climbing equipment, some of which we use for aerial rigging purposes. Their staff are very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise from technical diving watches and GPS devices, to tents, sleeping bags and outdoor clothing. Globetrotter has stores in Hamburg, Dresden, Cologne, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin and Bonn. They recently opened their outdoor academy in Northern Germany offering team building workshops, outdoor school camp experiences and family fun days through activities such as sailing, climbing, kayaking and others.

Globetrotter sponsered rock climbing /aerial rigging equipment to the value of 750€ for the Pale Juu and Beyond project.  This equipment is still being used in Nairobi today and will be utilised in the Pale Juu NeXt project. They sponsored carabiners, figure of eight descenders, slings and petzle swivels.
